What I do is collaborate with people to achieve their goals. I help them to think, develop their skills, and look for the answers in themselves. I adapt to the customer’s needs and I feel their concerns as my own.

Why do I do it?  I am passionate about the formation and development of people and I firmly believe in training as a tool for success.

Who I work with are multinational companies, small businesses and individual customers. Each of them has been a challenge and a learning that I always carry with me. Even after twenty years I never stop learning.

How I do what I do? I create a positive and safe environment in which each participant is free to express their opinion. A sense of humour is a vital ingredient when it comes to creating a constructive atmosphere that’s conducive to learning!

Where am I going? My goal in life is to be the best version of myself. I want to learn, with my customers, to be a better professional and person. I like to know other cultures and learn from them. I believe in diversity and I want it to enrich me.
