What I do is design and facilitate change. I help individuals and organisations to overcome their established and restrictive assumptions to create excellence in leadership, opportunities for employee engagement and, more importantly, continuous improvement. By breaking down barriers and traditional prejudices and teaching people to really listen, it’s amazing what you can achieve.

Why do I love my job? Improving the competitiveness of organisations creates and sustains employment and inspires individuals to achieve things they previously felt were impossible. I love being a part of that process.

Who I work with makes the days pass quickly. Every client I have ever worked with at Miradorus has been fantastic. They know that people are at the heart of the matter and so they are willing to invest the time and energy needed to help them achieve their goals and vision.

How do I do it? I focus on diagnosis and practical implementation and throw in an enthusiastic willingness to challenge conventional thinking and poor science.
