What I do I sell, implement, develop and monitor programs, training and consulting systems, ranging from Sales and Customer Service, to Communication and Leadership, always with focus on results.

Why do I do it? I love communication, people and  seeing the real results of the work I do.

Who I work with Various national and multinational organizations, both in Portugal and Angola, in various business sectors.
I manage Basilaris in Portugal and I am responsible for the international Basilaris contracts and  the whole process of communication, certification and reporting with Basilaris represented companies. Since 2015, I am President of the Assembly of Portuguese Trainers Association.

How I do what I do? I am thorough and focused on each and every detail that contributes to a successful training event.

Where am I going? Always learning and refining my craft!
