What I do is help people make their life more successful. I deliver training internationally in Leadership, Service & Customer Loyalty and Sales. I create an open, positive atmosphere, and ensure a secure environment and desire to learn. I like to help people identify their own power and resources and show them that new skills are easy to implement. This is my passion and I have been doing it for the past eighteen years.

Why do I do it? It fascinates me to work with people. I am fluent in four languages, English, French, German and Dutch, and I love working with people from different cultural backgrounds.

Who do I work with?  Companies of all sizes and people at all different levels, including AT&T, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, Cook pharmaceutical industry, Yahoo!, Terex, Molex, Canon, and many more!

How I do what I do? I help people apply skills that make themselves successful and more satisfied with their professional life.

Where am I going? I am on a life-long adventure to discover new challenges in a new modern world full of changes and digital solutions. I still believe it is working directly with people that makes the difference.
